Proposal:

To mine Ice in Zatamaka 0.4 System.

Commodity of focus is Glare Crust — when reprocessed will yield:

1. Heavy Water (High Priority)
2. Liquid Ozone
3. Strontium Clathrates

Fleet Doctrine:

1. Porpoise (as Mining Foreman)
2. Dominix (Drones focused for Defence/Deterrence)
3. A sizeable number of Endurance Frigates (Ice Mining Ships)
4. And/or Skiffs (Tank Shields - Shield Resistance Bonus)

Responsibilities:

R. Rahim shall pilot Dominix (Drones Focused) and will be stationed on-site (Ice Belt) to provide support in clearing Blood Raider rats and in combating attacking Capsuleers.

R. Rahim’s Alt shall pilot the Porpoise (Work-in-progress) will be on-site to provide full mining operations support via boosts, shields, and jet-can acquisition and storage (Porpoise Cargohold Capacity: 50,000m3).

2 or more Endurance Frigates will be focused on mining duties of Ice in belt.

1 or more (optional) Skiffs will be focused on mining with drones set to provide support on-site to Porpoise of Dominix.
